Sonal Scindia is the founder and CEO of KSApex LLC, a federal IT consulting firm she built from the ground up to deliver mission-critical technology solutions to civilian and defense agencies. At the intersection of federal policy, technology modernization, and enterprise AI, Sonal brings both strategic vision and hands-on technical depth to every client engagement.

Under her leadership, KSApex has grown into a recognized prime contractor delivering mission-critical programs for the National Park Service, U.S. Army Reserve, Congressional Budget Office, and other civilian and defense agencies, with zero contract failures and Outstanding CPARS ratings across every engagement since 2019.
A mother of two wonderful boys, Sonal brings the same tenacity and precision she invests in her family to every contract she leads, because for her, building something that lasts has always been personal.
KSApex is also the developer of AEGIS, a patent-pending AI governance and compliance platform built to help federal agencies align with OMB M-25-21 and current federal AI policy, bringing the same rigor KSApex applies to every contract to the frontier of responsible AI in government.
She holds PMP, PMI-ACP, and CSM credentials, and completed MIT's Applied AI & Data Science Program. She is an active member of ACT-IAC, SECAF, and CCAP, and is committed to demonstrating that federal contracting excellence is achievable at every scale.
