Web Services Personnel Search Locator

KSApex serves as prime contractor delivering Web Services Personnel Search Locator capabilities to the Army Reserve Careers Group (ARCG), directly supporting the readiness and retention of 80,000+ IRR Soldiers and 170,000+ U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers nationwide.

The platform provisions 300 secure user accounts with MFA, delivers unlimited real-time personnel searches, and produces up to 24 encrypted bulk data reports annually, achieving 97% contact data accuracy and 99.9%+ system uptime with zero service outages. KSApex provides 24/7/365 helpdesk support and recurring training, with multiple option periods exercised.

AFS Modernization. Dual Task Orders

KSApex delivered AFS modernization for the National Park Service across two concurrent prime task orders, 140P2123F0030 and 140P2123F0072, each addressing a distinct scope within the same mission-critical Oracle platform serving 6,500+ users across 500+ national parks and offices. Work spanned data center design and migration, legacy system maintenance and enhancements, proof of concept delivery, and full Oracle Forms-to-APEX migration of 250+ legacy forms.

The team delivered zero-downtime cutover, established Azure Dev/Test/Prod cloud readiness, and built automated ETL pipelines for executive budget reporting via Oracle Analytics Publisher (OAP). NIST 800-53, FISMA, and Section 508 compliance were embedded throughout every sprint, no remediation required. NPS exercised option years on both task orders, a direct signal of outstanding performance.

Zero Trust Readiness & IT Modernization

KSApex served as prime contractor to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), providing IT project management and Zero Trust cybersecurity strategy in direct support of the CIO, Deputy CIO, and CISO. KSApex developed CBO's Zero Trust implementation plan and supporting policies, aligned to Executive Order 14028, NIST SP 800-207, and IRS Publication 1075, supporting the agency's Zero Trust journey from readiness through planning.

The work spanned identity and access management, endpoint security (Harmony EDR, Cisco ISE NAC), SOC coordination (QRadar, Cytellix), and data and network segmentation planning. KSApex also built an enterprise RASCI accountability matrix across 200+ tasks and a data-driven Jira dashboard for governance transparency, giving CBO leadership full cybersecurity posture visibility across IRM&TS operations.

AFS Follow-On Support Services

KSApex's current active prime contract with NPS, awarded August 2026, continues seven-plus years of uninterrupted AFS program support. The team provides Oracle DBA engineering, senior Oracle APEX development, and program management across a hybrid Azure and on-premises environment serving 7,000+ NPS users across 500+ parks. Outstanding CPARS ratings on predecessor task orders. Multiple option periods exercised. Zero contract failures.
